Like most tourists, they drove the winding streets of Beverly Hills, strolled Hollywood Boulevard reading the sidewalk and comparing their feet to that of many actors in front of the Chinese Theater. Living in Northern Florida is very different than the lushness and beauty of LA. Bird of Paradise flowers grow like weeds and all types of plants and flowers bloom in abundance as can be seen in the picture. Although her short pitch session to a movie producer didn’t result in any interest, the trip was a wonderful experience and is happy to share here.
Cows! A moment of great fun for Terri while attending the Bouchercon Conference in Madison, WI was the discovery of decorated cows dotting the entire downtown area around the hotel. Having a soft spot for bovines, she enjoyed trekking about exploring all the unique designs and artist’s interpretations. Even her local
writing chapter knows of this infatuation and presented her with M When her best friend, Maria Connor moved across the country to California, she gave Terri Miss Smooch to celebrate their friendship and being romance writers. Cows make a wonderful addition to life.
Playing the Game Doesn’t matter how you play as long as you enjoy the game, or at least that is what Terri tries to convince herself every time she grips her club, keeps her head down and swings hoping that she connects and sends her golf ball soaring. Most of the time it’s not a far walk, but she strives to look at the bright side and know that she is getting much more game for her buck. As an end of the year fun, she and her husband had the pleasure of playing The Valley Course at the TPC. For those unfamiliar with the golfing circuit, TPC stands for The Players Championship in Ponte Vedra, FL. It’s part of the PGA tour and when you play any of the courses you are treated like royalty. Thanks to great friends, the DiGenti’s, she and Paul had a thrilling day.
